ADR34The xx series devices are low-cost, low-power, high-precision basesQuasi-voltage sourceIt features ± 0.1% initial accuracy, low operating current, and low output noise in a SOT23 small package.
To achieve high accuracy, the output voltage and temperature coefficient are digitally adjusted using Analog Devices' proprietary Digi-Trim technology during the final assembly phase. Low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift further improve the stability and reliability of these devices.
In addition, the low operating current (100 μA maximum) makes the device suitable for use in low-power devices, and its low output noise helps maintain signal integrity in critical signal processing systems.
The ADR34xx family of voltage references offers a wide output voltage range, with all devices specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
