The ADR44x family is an XFET® family
Voltage referencewith ultra-low noise, high accuracy and low temperature drift. Thanks to Analog Devices' temperature drift curve correction and patented XFET (Applied Ion Implantation FET) technology, the ADR44x voltage nonlinearity over temperature is greatly reduced.
XFETVoltage referencehas better noise performance than embedded Zener references and requires less headroom for supply voltages (0.5 V). These features combine to make the ADR44x family ideal for precision signal conversion in high-end data acquisition systems, optical networks, and medical applications.
The ADR44x family has a source current output of up to 10 mA and a maximum sink capability of −5 mA. It also has an adjustment pin that allows the output voltage to be adjusted in the range of 0.5% without compromising performance.
The ADR44x family is available in two electrical grades and is available in 8-lead MSOP and narrow SOIC packages. All models are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
