The ADuM1440/ADuM1441/ADuM1442/ADuM1445/ ADuM1446/ADuM1447 family of quad 2.5 kV digital isolated devices are available in small 16-lead QSOP and 20-lead SSOP packages. Compared to the ADuM1440/ADuM1441/ADuM1442/ADuM1445/ADuM1446/ADuM1447 that save almost 70% board space in most quad-lead SOIC wide-body packages, the ADuM1446/ADuM1447 still tolerate high isolation voltages and comply with regulatory requirements such as UL and CSA standards (pending). In addition to saving space, the ADuM1440/ADuM1441/ADuM1442/ADuM1445/ ADuM1446/ADuM1447 can operate from supplies as low as 2.25 V.

In addition to low power, all ADuM1440/ADuM1441/ADuM1442/ADuM1445/ADuM1446/ADuM1447 models have very low pulse width distortion (less than 8 ns). In addition, each model provides an input glitch filter to protect against extraneous noise.
