The ADV3221 and ADV3222 are high speed, high slew rate, buffered 4:1 analog multiplexingMultiplexer。 Its −3 dB signal bandwidth is greater than 800 MHz and the 1% settling time for channel switching is less than 20 ns. Both devices offer crosstalk performance of less than -58 dB and isolation performance of -67 dB (100 MHz), making them suitable for many high-speed applications. Driving a 75 Ω rear terminated load with less than 0.02% differential gain error, less than 0.02 differential phase error, and 0.1 dB flatness over 100 MHz, making it ideal for a wide range of signal switches.
The ADV3221/ADV3222 contain an output buffer that allows them to be placed in a high impedance state. This allows multiple outputs to be connected to each other, allowing cascading signal stages without the need to shut down channels to load the output bus. The ADV3221 has a gain of +1 and the ADV3222 has a gain of +2, and both devices operate from a ±5 V supply and consume less than 7.5 mA of idle current. Channel switching is implemented through latch control lines that enable synchronous updates in multiple ADV3221/ADV3222 environments.
The ADV3221/ADV3222 are available in a 16-lead SOIC package and operate over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
