LM95245 is an 11-bit 2-wire System Management Bus (SMBus) interface with TruTherm technology that monitors the temperature of the remote diode as well as its own temperature digital temperature sensor. LM95245 can monitor the temperature of external devices such as microprocessors very accurately. TruTherm technology allows LM95245 to precisely monitor thermal diodes found in processes at 90 nm and smaller geometries. LM95245 are Intel processors specifically for the 45nm process.
