BiCMOS op amp for LMV710/LMV711/LMV715, CMOS input stage. These devices feature a greater than RR input common-mode voltage range, rail-to-rail output, and high output current drive. They offer a bandwidth of 5 MHz and a slew rate of 5 V/μs.
LMV711/LMV715, a separate shutdown pin that can use the disabled device and reduce the supply current to 0.2μA (typical). They are also equipped with a time junction of less than 10 microseconds. It is an ideal solution for power-sensitive applications such as mobile phones, pagers, handheld computers, etc., once the LMV715 is powered off, the output will be "three-state".
The LMV710 is available in a space-saving 5-pin SOT23 miniature package. The LMV711/LMV715 are available in a space-saving, 6-pin SOT23 miniature package.
LMV710/LMV711/LMV715 are designed to meet the requirements of low power consumption, low cost, small size, mobile phones and battery-like portable electronics.
