LMX1600/01/02 is a monolithically integrated dual-frequency synthesizer designed to be used as part of a family of local oscillator subsystems for radio transceivers. It adopts the country's 0.5U ABIC V silicon BiCMOS process.
LMX1600/01/02 contains two dual-mode pre-dividers, 4 programmable counters, two-phase detectors, and two optional gain charge pumps that require two external loop filters and VCO loop control voltages. The digital filter lock detection includes two PLLs. Data is transmitted via a MICROWIRE to the LMX1600/01/02 ™ serial interface (data, clock angstrom pound).
The V CC supply voltage range can be from 2.7V to 3.6V. LMX1600/01/02 has a very low current consumption – at 3V typically 4.0 mA LMX1601, LMX1600 or LMX1602 5.0 mA 3V. Hardware-controlled PLL power outage.
