The SDT600-X consists of phototransistors photo-coupled to light-emitting diodes. Optical coupling between the input IR LED and the output phototransistor allows high isolation levels while maintaining low DC signal control capability. The SDT600—X provides an optically isolated method for controlling many interface applications such as telecommunications, industrial control, and instrumentation circuits.
The SDT600 to X is standard in a tiny 6-pin DIP package.
