SDT600-XSTR

• Product Introduction

The SDT600-X consists of a phototransistor coupled to a light-emitting diode. The optical coupling between the input IR LED and the output phototransistor allows for high isolation levels while maintaining low-level DC signal control capability. The SDT600-X provides an optically isolated method for controlling many interface applications, such as telecommunications, industrial control, and instrumentation circuits.

The SDT600 to X is a standard in a miniature 6-pin DIP package.
