New Opportunity
If this workflow detects a new opportunity, a Slack alert is sent to a main Slack channel. Additionally, a rep receives a Slack notification.
Updated Opportunity
If there is a Salesforce Opportunity update, Default can send a separate notification to the reps manager or an admin improving the pipeline visibility across the whole sales team.
