New applications for linear output Hall-effect devices, such as displacement, angular, and current measurements, require high accuracy and small package sizes. The Allegro® A1324, A1325, and A1326 linear Hall-effect sensor ICs are designed to meet both of these requirements. The device is temperature-stable and available in both a miniature surface mount package (SOT23W) and an ultra-mini through-hole single-in-line package.
These proportional Hall-effect sensor ICs provide a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field. They provide 50% static supply voltage output. The A1324/25/26 have factory configuration sensitivities of 5.0 mV/G, 3.125 mV/G, and 2.5 mV/G, respectively.
With their unique features, these linear devices are ideal for automotive and industrial applications that require high accuracy and ensure they can operate in temperatures ranging from –40°C to 150°C.
Each BiCMOS monolithic circuit integrates Hall element temperature supplement circuitry that reduces Hall element intrinsic sensitivity drift, a small-signal high-gain amplifier, a clamping low-impedance output stage, and proprietary dynamic offset cancellation technology.
These devices are available in a 3-pin ultra-mini SIP package (UA) and a 3-pin surface-mount SOT-23 type package (LH). Both packages are lead-free and feature 100% matte tin plated pin frames.
