These single, low-noise downconversionsVoltage regulatorLNBR consists of a monolithic linear boost converter and a low-dropout linear regulator for analog and digital satellite receivers. Designed to provide power and interface signals to LNB downconverters over coaxial cable in satellite TV receiver systems.
A8300The A8300-1 integrate step-up switching and compensation circuitry, requiring only a few external components. The switching frequency of 563 kHz was chosen to minimize the size of the passive filter components.
Its IC provides DiSEqC™ communication with an internal tone of 22-kHz gated using the control pin, or accepts an external tone of 22-kHz through this pin. In addition, the devices incorporate tone detection to support full bidirectional DiSEqC™ communication, as well as an integrated gate driver for filter bypass FET transistors.
with I2The C-compatible™ interface combines control and diagnostic functions to meet the requirements of complex systems and enable system fault reporting. In addition, the "sleep pin" minimizes power consumption and allows the device to be shut down quickly when necessary without the need to call 2C™ Control.
The device also provides a power failure (EPF) warning function to help calibrate the status of the 12 V rail and initiate shutdown procedures.
Both the A8300 and A8300-1 are available in a 4 mm × 4 mm 24-contact lead-free QFN package (suffix ES) and 100% matte tin plating.
