The AD5541A is a single, 16-bit, serial input, unbuffered voltage output
Digital-to-analog converters(DAC) from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply.
The DAC output range is 0 V to VREF, guaranteed monotonicity, provides ±1 LSB INL accuracy (16 bits) without adjustment, and is specified over the −40°C to +125°C temperature range. The AD5541A is available in 3 mm ×3 mm, 10-lead LFCSP, and 10-lead MSOP packages. The AD5541A-1 is available in a 3 mm × 3 mm, 8-lead LFCSP package.
The AD5541A provides an unbuffered output that achieves 1 μs settling time, low power, and low offset error. It offers low noise performance and low glitches of 11.8 nV/√Hz for use in a variety of end systems.
