AD9125BCPZRL

The AD9125 is a dual, 16-bit, high dynamic range TxDAC+ ®Digital-to-analog converters(DAC) that provides a 1000 MSPS sample rate and can generate multiple carriers up to the Nyquist frequency. Features optimized for direct conversion transmission applications include complex digital modulation and gain and offset compensation. The DAC output is optimized to interface seamlessly with analog quadrature modulators, such as Analog Devices' ADL537x F-MOD family of modulators. The 4-wire serial port interface allows programming and readback of many internal parameters. The full-scale output current can be programmed from 8.7 mA to 31.7 mA. The device is available in a 72-pin LFCSP package.
