AD5592RThe AD5592R-1 integrates eight individually configurable digital-to-analog converter (DAC) outputs,Analog-to-digital convertersI/Ox pins (I/O0 through I/O7) of the (ADC) input, digital output, or digital input. When the I/Ox pins are configured as analog outputs, they are driven by a 12-bit DAC. The DAC output range is 0 V to VREF, or 0 V to 2 x VREF. When the I/Ox pin is configured as an analog input, it is connected to a 12-bit ADC through an analog multiplexer. The ADC input range is 0 V to VREF, or 0 V to 2 x VREF. The ADC has a total throughput rate of 400 kSPS. The I/Ox pins can also be configured as digital, general-purpose input or output (GPIO) pins. Write/read operations through the serial peripheral interface (SPI) provide access to GPIO write data registers or GPIO read configuration registers, respectively, to assert or read back GPIO pin status.
The AD5592R/AD5592R-1 have a 2.5 V, 25 ppm/°C reference (off by default) and a temperature indicator that indicates die temperature. Temperature value readback is part of the ADC read sequence.
The AD5592R/AD5592R-1 are available in 16-lead, 2 mm × 2 mm WLCSP, and 16-lead 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP packages. The AD5592R/AD5592R-1 operate over the –40°C to +105°C temperature range.
