The AD5672R/AD5676R are low power, 8-channel, 12-/16-bit buffered voltage-output digital-to-analog converters (DACs) with an internal 2.5 V, 2 ppm/°C internal reference (enabled by default) and gain select pins with a full-scale output of 2.5 V (gain = 1) or 5 V (gain = 2). Operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, and monotonicity is guaranteed by design. These devices are available in a 20-pin TSSOP package.
The AD5672R/AD5676R also contain a power-on reset circuit and an RSTSEL pin to ensure that the DAC output powers up to zero scale or midscale until a valid write operation is performed. Each device has a power-down feature for each channel, reducing power consumption to 2.5 μA in power-down mode.
The AD5672R/AD5676R feature a versatile serial peripheral interface (SPI) clocked at up to 50 MHz and each contains a V prepared for logic levels of 1.8 V/3 V/5 VLOGICPins.
