AD5686R
nanoDAC+
TM It is a quad, 16-bit, rail-to-rail, voltage output DAC. The device contains a 2.5V, 2ppm/°C internal reference (on by default) and a gain select pin that provides a full-scale output of 2.5V (gain = 1) or 5V (gain = 2).
Operating from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, monotonicity is guaranteed by design, with less than 0.1% FSR gain error and 1.5 mV offset error. Available in 3mm x 3mm LFCSP and TSSOP packages.
The AD5686R also contains a power-on reset circuit and an RSTSEL pin that ensures that the DAC output powers up to zero scale or midscale until a valid write is performed. With independent power-down for each channel, the device's power consumption drops to 4 uA at 3 V in power-down mode.
The AD5686R uses a versatile SPI interface with clock rates up to 50 MHz and includes a VLOGIC pin ready for 1.8 V/3 V/5 V logic levels.
