AD9776A/AD9778A/AD9779A is a dual-channel, 12-/14-/16-bit, wide dynamic range digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that provides a 1 GSPS sample rate and allows multi-carrier generation up to Nyquist frequencies. These digital-to-analog converters have been optimized for direct conversion transmission applications, including law sum (delete) digital multimodulation, gain and offset compensation. The digital-to-analog converter outputs have been optimized to interface seamlessly with analog quadrature modulators such as Analog Devices' ADL537x FMOD series. Serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs) provide programmable/readback for many internal parameters. The full-frame output current can be set in the range of 10 mA ~ 30 mA. These analog-to-digital converters are fabricated using an advanced 0.18μm CMOS process with an operating voltage range of 1.8 V ~ 3.3 V and a total power consumption of 1.0 W. They are available in a 100-pin low-profile, flat-four-sided package (TQFP)
