illustrate
The ADC121S101 is a low power, single 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a high speed serial interface CMOS. The ADC121S101 is a departure from conventional practice in that the specified performance is only at a single sample rate, fully meeting the specified specification over the 500 ksps sampling rate range 1 MSPS 。 The converter is based on a successive approximation register structure with internal tracking and holding circuitry.
The output serial data is binary and is compatible with several standards such as SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE Serial interface with many common DSPs.
The ADC121S101 operates with a single supply and can range from +2.7 V to +5.25 V. Normal use of +3 V or +5 V supplies consumes 2.0 MW and 10 MW, respectively. Power-down capability reduces power consumption down to 2.6 microwatts and uses a +5 V supply.
The ADC121S101 is packaged in a 6-pin LLP and SOT-23 package. Operation above the industrial temperature range is guaranteed from -40°C to +125°C.
