Product Details:

ADG3231 is a level converter manufactured using a sub-micron process with a supply voltage as low as 1.65 V. The guaranteed operating voltage range is 1.65 V to 3.6 V. It operates with two supply voltages and can perform bidirectional level conversion, namely low-voltage to high-voltage and high-voltage to low-voltage. The signal path is one-way, and data can only flow from A1 to Y1.

These devices can be used for inter-device communication with different operating levels.

This level translator is available in one of the smallest pin-count packages of its kind. The 6-pin SOT23 package requires up to 5.28mm2 of board space.
