Product details

The ADG3231 is oneLevel translators, manufactured on a submicron process with supply voltages as low as 1.65 V. The guaranteed operating voltage range is 1.65 V to 3.6 V. It operates from two supply voltages and can be bidirectionalLevel shifting, that is, low pressure to high voltage and high pressure to low pressure. The signal path is unidirectional, and data can only flow from A1 to Y1.

These devices can be used for device-to-device communication with different operating levels.

This level translator is available in one of the smallest pin-count packages of this kind. The 6-pin SOT23 package requires only 5.28mm up to 5.28mm² Board space.
