The ADG5412/ADG5413 has four independent single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG5412 switch is turned on if the relevant control input is logic 1. ADG5413 the digital control logic of two switches is similar to ADG5412, and the control logic of the other two switches is opposite. When turned on, the switches conduct the same in both directions, and the input signal range extends to the supply voltage range. Under the disconnection condition, the signal level equal to the supply voltage is blocked.
ADG5412 and ADG5413 do not have VL pins. The digital inputs are compatible with the 3 V logic inputs over the entire operating voltage range.
The on-resistance curve is very flat over the entire analog input range, ensuring good linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. The high switching speed also makes these devices suitable for video signal switching applications. ADG5413 is a make-before-make switch for multiplexer applications.

Product Focus
- Channel isolation prevents latch-up. The dielectric channel separates the P-channel from the N-channel transistor, ensuring that latch-up does not occur even under severe overvoltage conditions.
- Low on-resistance RON.
- Dual-supply operation. For bipolar analog signal applications,ADG5412The /ADG5413 can operate from dual supplies up to ±22 V.
- Single-supply operation. For unipolar analog signal applications, ADG5412/ADG5413It can be operated from a single-rail power supply up to 40V.
- 3 V logic compatible digital input: VINH = 2.0 V, VINL = 0.8 V.
- No V requiredL Logical power supply.
