The 20.48 kSPS sampling rate and the frequency response provided by the 5 kHz flat band are suitable for many mechanical health detection applications. The aluminum core enables excellent mechanical coupling with MEMS accelerometers. In all operations, the internal clock drives the data sampling and signal processing system, eliminating the need for an external clock source. The data capture feature features three modes, providing multiple options to suit different applications. In addition, in real-time mode, data streams about an axis can be directly accessed. Utilizing SPI and data buffer structures, output data can be easily accessed. ADIS16228 also offers a digital temperature sensor and digital power measurement function.
ADIS16228 available in 15 mm × 24 mm × 15 mm module packages with flanges, mechanical screw holes (M2 or 2-56) and flexible connectors for easy user interface and installation. The operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C.
