ADP151It is an ultra-low noise,Low dropout linear regulatoroperates from a 2.2 V to 5.5 V supply with a maximum output current of 200 mA. The low dropout voltage of only 140 mV at a 200 mA load helps improve efficiency and allows the device to operate over a wide input voltage range.
The ADP151 uses a novel circuit topology to achieve ultralow noise performance without the need for bypass capacitors, making it ideal for noise-sensitive analog and RF applications. The ADP151 provides ultralow noise performance without compromising its power supply rejection (PSRR) or line and load transient response. Quiescent current as low as 265 μA into 200 mA makes the ADP151 suitable for battery-powered portable equipment.
The ADP151 also has a pull-down resistor on the EN input pin.
The ADP151 is designed to operate reliably with 1 μF ± 30% small ceramic input and output capacitors for high performance, space-constrained applications.
