ADR293is a low noise, micropower, precision voltage reference using an XFET (plus ion implantation FET®) referenceVoltage source circuit。 Compared to traditional bandgap and embedded Zener diode references, XFET architectures offer significant performance improvements. These include: the voltage noise output is only 1/4 of the bandgap reference when the operating current is the same, and the ultralinear temperature drift is very low; Low thermal hysteresis; and excellent long-term stability.
The ADR293 series reference provides a stable, accurate output voltage from a 6.0 V supply. The maximum quiescent current is only 15μA, making the device ideal for battery-powered instrumentation. The ADR293 is available in three electrical grades with initial output accuracy of ±3 mV, ±6 mV, and ±10 mV. The temperature coefficients of the three grades are 8 ppm/°C, 15 ppm/°C and 25 ppm/°C (maximum). Voltage regulation and load regulation of 30 ppm/V and 30 ppm/mA (typical), respectively, help maintain the overall high performance level of the reference.
The ADR293 is specified over the extended industrial temperature range of –40°C to +125°C and is available in 8-lead SOIC and 8-lead TSSOP packages.
