ADR391The /ADR392/ADR395 are 2.5 V\4.096 V and 5 V precision bandgap, respectivelyVoltage reference, with low power consumption, high accuracy and small size. These references utilize patented temperature drift curvature correction technology from Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) to achieve low temperature drift of 9 ppm/°C in a TSOT package.
The ADR39x family is a micropower, low dropout voltage reference that provides a regulated output voltage from a supply that is only 300 mV above the output voltage.
