ADV3219and the ADV3220 are high speed, high slew rate, buffered 2:1 analog multiplexingMultiplexer。 Its −3 dB signal bandwidth is greater than 800 MHz and the 1% settling time for channel switching is less than 20 ns. Both devices have crosstalk performance of -60 dB and isolation performance of -82 dB (100 MHz), making them suitable for many high-speed applications. Driving a 75 Ω rear terminated load with less than 0.02% differential gain, less than 0.02° differential phase, and 0.1 dB flatness over 100 MHz, making it ideal for a wide range of signal switches.
The ADV3219/ADV3220 contain an output buffer that can be placed in a high impedance state to connect multiple outputs to each other and cascade signal stages without shutting down channels to load the output bus. The ADV3219 has a gain of +1 and the ADV3220 has a gain of +2, and both devices operate from ±5 V supplies and consume less than 7.5 mA of idle current.
The ADV3219/ADV3220 are available in an 8-lead LFCSP package and are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
