DS3234SN ultra-high precision real-time clock
The DS3234 is a low-cost, ultra-high-precision, SPI-bus-based™ real-time clock (RTC) that integrates a temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) and crystal. The DS3234 includes a temperature-compensated, precision voltage reference and comparator circuit to monitor VCC。 When VCCDrops below the power supply failure voltage (VPF), the device generates a /RST output; When VCCDrop below V at the same timePFand V.BAT, the device disables read/write access. The device also monitors the active-low RST pin, which can be used as a pushbutton input to generate a μP reset. When the device's main power supply is interrupted, the device switches to the backup power input to maintain accurate timekeeping. The integrated crystal resonator enhances the long-term accuracy of the device while reducing the number of parts on the production line. The DS3234 is available in commercial and industrial temperature ranges and is available in an industry-standard 300mil, 20-pin SO package.
