illustrate
The LM7321/LM7322 are rail-to-rail input and output amplifiers with wide operating voltages and high output currents. The LM7321/LM7322 are efficient, achieving a slew rate of 18 V/μs and a unity-gain bandwidth of 20 MHz, while requiring only 1 mA of supply current per op amp. The LM7321/LM7322 are fully specified for operation at 2.7V, ± 5V and ± 15V.
The LM7321/LM7322 are unlimited capacitive load drives without oscillation. All LM7321 and LM7322 components are tested at -40°C, 125°C and 25°C, with modern automated test equipment. High performance with detailed specifications and extensive testing from -40°C to 125°C make them suitable for industrial, automotive and communication applications.
The common-mode rejection wide voltage range of 50 dB is larger than rail-to-rail common-mode input voltage range, enabling high-side and low-side sensing. Most equipment parameters are insensitive to supply voltage, which makes it easier to use supply voltages that may vary, such as automotive electrical systems and battery-powered devices, parts. These amplifiers have true rail-to-rail outputs that can be supplied with minimal head chambers, from a respected current (15 mA), both in low distortion (0.05% THD + noise) railways (300 mV). Each section is available in a variety of packages. Two-part standard SOIC package versions make it easy to upgrade existing designs. The LM7322 is available in a space-saving 8-pin MSOP package. The LM7321 is available in a small SOT23-5 package, which makes it easy to put this section close to the sensor for better circuit performance.
