The LM75A is an industry standard that integrates sigma-delta simulationDigitizerandDigital temperature sensorI 2 comet ™ Interface. The LM75A provides a 9-bit digital temperature reading with an accuracy of ± 2°C-25°C to 100°C and ±3°C above -55°C to 125°C
The LM75A operates from a single +2.7 V supply to +5.5 V. Communication is completed with a 2-wire interface that operates at frequencies up to 400kHz. The LM75A has three address pins, allowing up to eight LM75A devices to run on the same 2-wire bus. The LM75A has an overtemperature output (OS) dedicated to programmable limiting and hysteresis. The output has programmable fault tolerance, which allows the user to define some conditions under which consecutive errors occur that must be initiated by the operating system.
Wide temperature and supply voltage range and mine 2 The C interface makes the LM75A ideal for a number of high-performance applications including base stations, electronic test equipment, office electronics, personal computers, and any other system where thermal management is critical. The LM75A is available in both SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages.
