illustrate
The LM8365 series is a micropower undervoltage detection circuit ideal for battery-powered microprocessor-based systems where extending battery life is a critical requirement.
A threshold voltage ranges from 2.0V to 4.5V for low-active, open-drain or CMOS, outputs. These devices feature a very low quiescent current of 0.65μA typical. The LM8365 series features a highly accurate voltage reference, compared precise thresholds and built-in hysteresis to prevent unstable reset operation, and system designers can program the time delay output and guarantee that the reset operation drops to 1.0V with very low standby current.
These devices are available in a space-saving 5-pin SOT23 surface mount package. For undervoltage thresholds and output options, contact National Semiconductor.
