The LM8365 series is a micropower undervoltage detection circuit that is ideal for extending battery life is a critical requirement in systems based on battery-powered microprocessors.
A threshold voltage range from 2.0V to 4.5V for low-active, open-drain or CMOS, output. These devices have a very low quiescent current of 0.65μA typical. The LM8365 series features highly accurate voltage references, comparative precise thresholds and built-in hysteresis to prevent unstable reset operations, system designers can program the output with a time delay and guarantee that the reset operation drops to 1.0V with very low standby current.
The devices are available in a space-saving 5-pin SOT23 surface-mount package. For undervoltage thresholds and output options, please contact National Semiconductor.
