illustrate
The LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 devices are single, dual and quad low offset voltage, rail-to-rail input and output precision amplifiers, each with a CMOS input stage and a wide supply voltage range.
The LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 are part of the LMP family of precision amplifiers ideal for sensor interfaces and other instrumentation applications.
These compensatory amplifiers stabilize at 6 and higher yields.
Ideal for precision applications with low offset voltages of over ± 200μV and low input bias currents of less than ± 1 pA.
The LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 utilize VIP50 technology, which enables the combination of a CMOS input stage and a 12V supply voltage range with rail-to-rail common-mode voltage capability.
The LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 are ideal for many applications where traditional CMOS components cannot operate due to voltage conditions.
The unique design of each LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 rail-to-rail input stage significantly reduces CMRR glitches typically associated with rail-to-rail input amplifiers.
The free input stage has been trimmed on both sides to reduce the difference between NMOS and PMOS offset.
Both railways have output swings within the 40 mV range, maximizing the dynamic range of signals requires low supply voltage applications.
The LMP7707 is available in space-saving 5-pin SOT23 and 8-pin SOIC packages, the LMP7708 is available in 8-pin MSOP and 8-pin SOIC packages, and the Quad LMP7709 is available in 14-pin TSSOP and 14-pin SOIC packages.
These small package areas are an ideal solution for PC boards and portable electronics.
