The LP3990 regulator is designed to meet the requirements of portable, battery-powered systems that provide accurate output voltage, low noise, and low quiescent current. The LP3990 will deliver up to 150mA of load current from a low input voltage of 0.8V to 2V. When switching into shutdown mode, the power dissipation is reduced to almost zero through the logic signal at the enable pin.
The LP3990 is designed with space-saving small ceramic capacitors up to 1.0μF stable.
Specify a junction temperature range with performance from -40°C to 125°C.
For output voltages higher than 0.8V, 1.2, 1.35V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V or 3.3V, please contact your local NSC sales office.
