Taking new energy vehicles as an example, new energy vehicles have grown explosively in recent years, and charging piles closely related to them have also become a hot spot for people. However, due to poor compatibility of charging piles, uneven quality of charging piles, high construction costs, and difficult installation, charging piles have not really carried out large-scale construction, which also causes the problem of charging difficulties for new energy vehicle users.
In response to this problem, the technical experts invited by Shiqiang said that the development time of charging piles is still relatively short, and many technologies and products need to be upgraded and improved. Only by fundamentally solving these problems can the charging pile be better developed, and the problem of new energy vehicle users pinching the power to determine the travel trip can be solved faster. For example, in a charging pile system, it is necessary to monitor the voltage and current of the bus bar and the voltage and current of the output port, and it is necessary to use an isolated voltage and current sampling device. In the past, the isolation of charging piles generally used traditional optocoupler isolation, but in recent years, digital isolation has been increasingly favored by designers. This is because digital isolation is faster, has a longer lifetime, and is more immune than optocouplers.
At the same time, Shiqiang's technical experts mentioned that in industry, because the domestic industry still has a big gap with industrial powers in terms of technical equipment, energy and raw material consumption, product quality and management level, how to quickly promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial automation has become a hot spot for the government and the public. Among them, industrial Ethernet will become the next intelligent manufacturing enterprise competition point with its advantages of real-time, low-latency, high-speed large-capacity communication and support for multiple protocols. After connecting to Industrial Ethernet, enterprises will greatly improve production efficiency and safety, truly realize centralized control and real-time control, so as to achieve factory automation, that is, realize unmanned production.
