The REF19x series of precision bandgap voltage references uses patented temperature drift curvature correction circuitry and laser trimming of high-stability thin-film resistors to achieve extremely low temperature coefficients and high initial accuracy.
The series consists ofMicropower consumption, low dropout (LDV) devices provide a regulated output voltage from a supply that is only 100 mV above the output voltage, consuming less than 45 μA of supply current. By pairSLEEPThe pin applies a low TTL or CMOS level to enable sleep mode. In sleep mode, the output is turned off and the supply current drops further to less than 15 μA.
The REF19x family of voltage references is specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and the typical performance specification temperature range of −40°C to +125°C for automotive applications.
All electrical-grade products are available in 8-pin SOIC packages; PDIP and TSSOP packages are available only for the lowest electrical grades.
