AD5671R/AD5675RThe low-power, 8-channel, 12-/16-bit buffered voltage output DACs include a 2.5 V, 2 ppm/°C internal reference and gain select pin, and a full-scale output of 2.5 V (gain = 1) or 5 V (gain = 2). Operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, and monotonicity is guaranteed by design. These devices are available in a 20-pin TSSOP package.
The AD5671R/AD5675R also contain a power-on reset circuit and an RSTSEL pin to ensure that the DAC output powers up to zero scale or midscale until a valid write is performed. Each device has a per-channel independent power-down feature, reducing the device's power consumption to 2.5 μA at 3 V in power-down mode.
The AD5671R/AD5675R feature a versatile 2-wire serial interface clocked at up to 400 kHz and include a V prepared for logic levels of 1.8 V/3 V/5 VLOGICPins.
