AD8106 andAD8107All are high-speed, 16 × 5 video crosspoint switch matrices with -3 dB signal bandwidth greater than 260 MHz and 1% settling time of channel switching less than 25 ns. Both devices have crosstalk performance of -78 dB and isolation performance of -97 dB (5 MHz), making them suitable for many high-speed applications. Differential gain and differential phase are better than 0.02% and 0.02°, respectively, and 0.1 dB flatness is 60 MHz, making it ideal for switching video signals.
The AD8106 and AD8107 contain five independent output buffers that can be placed in a high impedance state to provide parallel crosspoint outputs and prevent the shutdown channel from supplying load to the output bus.AD8106It has a gain of 1 and the AD8107 has a gain of 2. Both operate from a ±5 V supply and consume only 30 mA idle. Channel switching is achieved through a parallel control interface, and each output can be updated independently without reprogramming the entire array.
The AD8106/AD8107 are available in an 80-lead LQFP package and operate over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
