The converter uses a differential, pipeline architecture with digital error correction and on-chip sampling and holding circuitry to minimize dead volume and power consumption while providing excellent power performance. Operating from a single 5V supply, this device consumes only 185 milliwatts at 20 MSPS, including the reference current. Downward function power consumption reduced to 40 megawatts. The differential input provides the swing of the full-scale input, which is equal to the possibility of a single-ended input in a 2V property. Making the most of differential inputs is recommended for optimal performance. For ease of use, convert the buffered, high-impedance, single-ended reference on the chip to enter a differential reference for processing the circuit. The output data format is 12-bit offset binary. The device is available in a 32-pin LQFP package and will operate in an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
