Product Details:

ADR1581是一款低成本、双引脚（分流）、精密带隙Voltage reference，可以利用60 µA至10 mA的输入电流提供精确的1.25 V输出电压。
Its on-chip devices feature precise matching and thermal tracking, allowing for excellent accuracy and stability. Proprietary curvature correction design techniques minimize nonlinearities in the temperature characteristics of the voltage output. The device is stable using capacitive loads of any size.

The ADR1581 has a low minimum operating current, making it ideal for use in battery-powered 3V or 5V systems. However, the device's wide operating current range makes it extremely versatile and suitable for a wide range of high-current applications.

ADR1581 are divided into A and B levels, both of which are available in SOT23 and SC70 packages, which are currently the smallest surface mount packages. Both grades are rated for the -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range.
