Its on-chip devices feature precise matching and thermal tracking, resulting in excellent accuracy and stability. Using proprietary curvature correction design techniques, nonlinearity of the voltage output temperature characteristics can be minimized. The device is stable with capacitive loads of any size.
The low minimum operating current of the ADR1581 makes it ideal for use in battery-powered 3 V or 5 V systems. However, the device's wide operating current range makes it extremely flexible and versatile for a wide range of high current applications.
The ADR1581 is available in both SOT23 and SC70 packages, both of which are available in SOT23 and SC70 packages. Both grades are specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
