MPC17510EJR2 0.45 ohm (typical), 1.2 A/15 V, H-bridge motor driver

MPC17510 is a monolithic circuit H-bridge that is ideal for controlling small brush DC motors for portable electronic applications such as digital cameras and single-lens cameras. MPC17510 is a 2 V to 15 V H-bridge motor driver enabled and three-state bridge control MCU via a parallel interface (5 V logic compatible). The IC has a low on-resistance of 0.55 ohms (maximum) and a driver that can control PWM-ED at a frequency of 200 kHz. The device includes an integrated charge pump and level converter for gate drive voltage, in addition to integrated pass-through current protection and an undervoltage circuit detector to avoid faults. ,,MPC17510 can control 4 output modes: forward, reverse, brake, and three-state (on). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------Peculiarity-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The motor power supply operates at 15 V with a low RDS(ON) of 0.45 ohms (typical) with an output current of 1 A (DC) and a 3 A (peak) through-current protection circuit PWM controlling the input frequency at 200 kHz
