XC6802A42XPR-G constant current/constant voltage single-cell lithium-ion batteryCharger chip
outline
The XC6802 series is the most suitable ICs for single-cell lithium-ion battery chargers that control various portable instruments.
Recently, the use of lithium-ion battery charging has increased as portable devices have become more and more compact, and lightweight. In order to continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of the charging current and charging voltage of lithium-ion batteries, we have developed ICs for controlling the charging of lithium-ion batteries.
The XC6802 series uses an external RSEN resistor to set the charging current (maximum charging current of 800mA), which can be used to meet the charging requirements of a wide variety of applications with very high versatility.
In addition, overcurrent and overtemperature protection functions are built into the protection circuit. In addition, a function to limit the inrush current is installed to provide a safer and stable charging current.
Because the two series only provide one-tenth of the charging current to the battery during continuous charging, it has superior safety.
The small package USP-6C (1.8×2.0×0.6mm) not only ensures the superiority of heat dissipation characteristics, but also helps to save space in the design circuit.
