The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 are low voltage, low power operational amplifiers. LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 +1.8 V to +5.5 V supply voltage and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 input common-mode voltage extends beyond the supply voltage range by 200mV, allowing user-enhanced functionality beyond supply. Output swing rail-to-rail offload and 600Ω load 105mV in 1.8V rail. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 are optimized for operation at 1.8V, making them ideal for portable dual-battery-powered systems and single-cell Li-Ion battery systems.
The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 have an excellent high-speed power ratio to achieve extremely low supply current at 1.8V supply voltage to 1.4MHz gain bandwidth products. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 operate with a minimum ringing of 600Ω loads and capacitive loads up to 1000pF. The LMV931/LMV932/LMV934 have a high DC gain of 101 dB, making them suitable for low frequency applications.
A single LMV931 is available, saving space in the 5-pin SC70 and SOT23 packages. The dual LMV932 is a quad LMV934 in an 8-pin MSOP and SOIC package and a 14-pin TSSOP and SOIC package. These small package area limited PC boards are ideal solutions for portable electronics such as cellular phones and PDAs.
