A6263 是一款线性、可编程Current regulator，通过四路输出提供电流，每路均可提供最高 100 mA，以驱动高亮 LED 阵列。输出可根据需要并联或闲置。每路输出的经调节的 LED 电流（精确到 5%）由单个参考电阻设置。不使用镇流电阻，每个串的电流匹配优于 10%。使用恒流驱动 LED，确保安全运行，并提供最大的可能照明输出。

IC 针对以下常见故障提供保护：

  • LED 串接地短路
  • 单个或多个 LED 短路
  • LED 串开路
  • IC 引脚开路/短路
  • Overtemperature

如果一个 LED 串开路或接地短路，则禁用受影响的串，其他 LED 串继续工作。

产品含温度监视器，用于在芯片温度超过热阈值时减少 LED 驱动电流。必要时，可调整或禁用该热降额阈值。

该器件采用带外露隔热盘的 8 引脚 SOIC（封装 LJ）封装，以增强散热。其封装为无铅 (Pb) 产品，且采用 100% 雾锡电镀引脚框。
