The AD5535 is a 32-channel, 14-bit DAC with an internal high voltage outputamplifier。 The target application for this device is optical microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). The output voltage range can be programmed via the REFIN pin. When REFIN = 1 V, the output range is 0 V to 50 V; When REFIN = 4 V, the output range is 0 V to +200 V. Each amplifier can provide a 700 μA current output and is ideal for deflecting and controlling optical MEMS mirrors. The output amplifier has a gain of G = 50 and is driven by a 14-bit DAC with an output range of 0 to VREFVaries depending on the code loaded into the relevant DAC registers. The selected DAC registers are written through a 3-wire interface. The serial interface is capable of operating at clock rates up to 30 MHz and is compatible with DSP and microcontroller interface standards.
The operating parameters of the device are as follows: AVCC= 4.75 to 5.25V, DVCC= 2.7 V to 5.25 V, V- = -4.75 to -5.25 V, V+ = +4.75V to +5.25 V, VPP= 210 V. A stable reference voltage is required on the REF_IN pin, REF_IN buffered internally in the AD5535.
