AD670SE/883B  单芯片8位信号调理模数转换器

 

AD670是一款完整的单芯片8位信号调理模数converter,由仪表放大器前端、DAC、比较器、逐次逼近寄存器(SAR)、精密基准电压源和三态输出缓冲器组成。 它无需外部元件或用户调整,就能以全精度将模拟系统与8位数据总线进行接口。 AD670采用+5 V系统电源供电。输入级提供具有出色共模抑制性能的差分输入,能够直接与各种传感器接口。

该器件配置有输入调整电阻,支持两种输入范围:0 mV至255 mV (1 mV/LSB)和0 V至2.55 V (10 mV/LSB)。在这些范围内,AD670可以配置为单极性输入或双极性输入。该前端的差分输入和共模抑制对转换叠加于共模电压之上的传感器信号等应用十分有利。

AD670采用先进的电路设计和成熟的处理技术。 逐次逼近功能通过I2L(集成注入逻辑)实现。薄膜SiCr电阻提供的稳定性可确保整个工作温度范围内无失码,对电阻梯的激光晶圆调整则可将器件校准到±1 LSB以内的精度。因此,用户无需对增益或失调进行调整。转换时间为10 µs。
