AD7321BRUZ-REEL 500 kSPS, software selectable true bipolar input, dual, 12-bit (signed bit) SAR A/DconverterThe AD7321* is a dual, 12-bit signed bit successive approximation ADC. The ADC is equipped with a high speed serial interface with throughput up to 500 ksps.
The AD7321 can input true bipolar analog signals and is available in four software-selectable input ranges: ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V, and 0 to 10 V. Each analog input channel is independently programmable and can be set to one of four input ranges.
The analog inputs in the AD7321 can be programmed to single-ended, true differential, or pseudo-differential modes.
The AD7321 has an internal reference voltage of 2.5 V and can also be referenced externally. If in REFIN/OUT
A 3V reference voltage is applied to the pin, while the AD7321 accepts ± 12V true bipolar analog input. For the ±12V input range, a minimum ±12V V is requiredDD
