AD8114ASTZ

The AD8114/AD81151 are both high-speed, 16×16 video intersection switching matrices with a –3 dB signal bandwidth greater than 200 MHz and a 1% settling time of less than 50 ns for channel switching. Both devices have –70 dB crosstalk performance and –90 dB (5 MHz) isolation, making them suitable for many high-speed applications. With differential gain and differential phase better than 0.05% and 0.05°, respectively, and 0.1 dB flatness of 25 MHz when driving a 75-Ω rear terminated load, it is ideal for a wide range of signal switching.

The AD8114/AD8115 have 16 independent output buffers that can be placed in a high-impedance state to provide parallel crosspoint outputs so that the shutdown channel does not provide load to the output bus. The AD8114 has gain 1 and the AD8115 has gain 2. Both are powered from a ±5 V supply and consume only 70 mA of idle power. Channel switching is achieved through a serial digital control interface (which allows multiple devices to be daisy-chained) or a parallel control interface; Each output can be updated independently without the need to reprogram the entire array.

The AD8114/AD8115 are available in a 100-pin LQFP package and have an operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C industrial temperatures.
