The AD9144 is a quad, 16-bit, high dynamic rangeDigital-to-analog converters(DAC), which provides a maximum sampling rate of 2.8 GSPS and can generate multiple carriers up to the Nyquist frequency. The DAC output is optimized to interface seamlessly with Analog Devices' ADRF672x analog quadrature modulator (AQM). An optional 3-wire or 4-wire serial port interface (SPI) allows programming and readback of many internal parameters. The full-scale output current can be programmed from 13.9 mA to 27.0 mA typically. The AD9144 is available in an 88-lead LFCSP package.
