  • Product Details:

    ADP221为200 mA、双路输出Voltage regulator，集高电源抑制比(PSRR)、低噪声、低静态电流和低压差于一体，非常适合对性能和电路板空间要求严苛的无线应用。

    The ADP221's low quiescent current, low dropout, and wide input voltage range extend battery life in portable devices. At frequencies up to 100 kHz, these devices maintain supply rejection performance of more than 60 dB with a low voltage margin required. The ADP220 has much lower noise than LDO competitors and does not require noise bypass capacitors. The ADP221 also has a built-in active pull-down resistor for rapid discharge of the output load.

    The ADP221 offers many output voltage combinations from 0.8 V to 3.3 V and provides overcurrent and thermal protection against device damage under adverse conditions.
