description
The ISLA214P is a family of low-power, high-performance 14-bit analog-to-digital converters. Designed in a standard CMOS process with Intersil's proprietary FemtoCharge™ technology, the series supports sampling rates up to 250MSPS. The ISLA214P is part of a 12-pin compatible family with a maximum sample rate of 16-bit A/D from 130MSPS, 500MSPS, and a serial peripheral interface (SPI) port that allows for extensive configurability, as well as fine control of various parameters such as gain and offset. The digital output data can be selected in LVDS or CMOS format and can be configured with full-width, single data rate (SDR) or half-width, double data rate (DDR). The ISLA214P is available in a 72-contact QFN package with exposed pads. Operating from a 1.8V supply, performance is specified over the entire industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
