illustrate
The LM4985 is an internal digitally controlled volume-controlled stereo audio power amplifier. The amplifier is capable of delivering RMS to 16 RMS of 68mW per channel load or RMS of 38mW per channel to 32 At 1% THD load, a 3.6V power supply and capacitor mode operate for power supply.
Boomer audio power amplifiers are designed to provide high-quality output power with very few external components. To this end, the LM4985 has two features that optimize system cost and minimize PCB area: an integrated digital control (I 2 C bus), volume control, and operating mode, eliminating output signal coupling capacitors (OCL mode). Since the LM4985 does not require bootstrap capacitors, buffer networks, or output-coupled capacitors, it is the best choice for low-power, battery-powered, portable systems. For added design flexibility, the LM4985 can also be configured as a single-ended capacitively coupled output.
The LM4985 current shutdown mode provides micropower and thermal shutdown protection.
