illustrate
The National LMH6628 is a high-speed dual operational amplifier that provides a traditional voltage feedback topology with unity gain stabilization and pendulum boost circuitry. LMH6628's low noise and very low harmonic distortion combine to form a wide dynamic range operational amplifier that operates from a single (5V to 12V) or dual (± 5V) supply.
LMH6628 channels work closely together to provide 300MHz unity gain bandwidth and low input voltage noise density (2nV/) per pass. With low 2nd/3rd harmonic distortion (at 10MHz -65/-74dBc) LMH6628 a perfectly matched I/Q channel wide dynamic range amplifier.
With its fast and accurate resolution (12ns to 0.1%), LMH6628 is an excellent choice for a wide dynamic range, anti-aliasing filter, buffer Hello resolution analog-to-digital converter input. Combining two closely matched amplifiers in a single 8-pin SOIC package LMH6628 reduces cost and board space much more, such as active filters for composite amplifiers, differential line drivers/receivers, fast peak detectors, and instrumentation amplifier applications.
LMH6628 is the VIP10™ free bipolar process of National Semiconductor.
To reduce design time and assist in board layout, support LMH6628 is provided by the Evaluation Board (CLC730036).
